Konstantinos Tserpes is an Assistant Professor at the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). He holds a PhD in Distributed Systems from NTUA. His research focuses on efficient computing and data analytics systems, particularly in the formal definition of resource demands for application execution, contributing significantly to the broader field of systems engineering. Konstantinos has played pivotal roles in numerous European Union (EU) and National funded projects, including positions as scientific or general coordinator. He is also deeply involved in spatiotemporal analysis, leading efforts to develop applications utilizing AIS vessel data and machine learning algorithms. This work has been enhanced through collaborations fostered by the MASTER project (MCSA RISE), and continues under the new MCSA RISE project, MUSIT, which Konstantinos coordinates.
